UGREEN HomeAgent gives local AI a job around the house

The dog was asleep beside your desk a minute ago. Now that spot is empty, dinner is on the stove and your phone is charging upstairs. In a two-story townhouse shared by a couple, a child and a pet, even a quiet evening involves a surprising amount of checking on things.

UGREEN HomeAgent HA100 brings local AI, camera recordings and smart home control into one hub. It gives that familiar household information a use: answering a question about a room, finding the footage you need, or letting you know when a delivery arrives while your hands are full.

With a SynCare camera covering the home office, you can ask Uliya whether your pet is in that room. The assistant uses the camera view to answer, so checking on a wandering pet can be part of the conversation while you get on with dinner. There is less reason to keep a live feed open just to know which room has become the dog's latest napping spot.

AI Event Summary helps when you want to catch up on what happened while you were busy. In the UGREEN NAS App, it turns key recorded events into summaries you can read. A quick recap gives you a way into the afternoon's activity without spending the evening watching it all back.

AI Keyword Search starts with a clue you already remember. Perhaps the visitor wore a blue jacket, but you have no idea when they came by. Enter “blue jacket” in the app to find matching footage. That small visual detail becomes a useful search term, saving you from guessing your way along a timeline.

A package arriving is easy to miss when you are cooking. With a SynCare camera watching the entrance, package detection can flag the delivery, and the Smart Speaker for Uliya can announce it in the room where you are. You can finish what is in your hands and collect the parcel without repeatedly checking the doorstep.

Baby Crying Detection serves a different moment. Paired with HomeAgent, an ID500 Pro in the baby's room can detect crying and send an alert. The speaker can bring that alert to a parent folding laundry in another room, making it easier to notice when the baby may need attention.

At a birthday dinner, somebody has to carry the cake. The camera may catch the laughter while your phone is still on the counter. AI Highlights turns selected camera moments into short videos, helping you keep those family scenes without digging through the recordings and assembling every clip yourself. A small celebration or an unexpectedly funny moment with the dog can become something you return to later.

Local AI has a particularly clear appeal when a camera is looking into your own living room. HA100 analyzes footage on the hub and saves recordings to drives you own, giving you control over where those everyday family scenes are kept. Local storage needs no subscription, and UGREEN says the currently announced features carry no additional service fee.

UGOS Pro brings file storage and backups into the same system as Surveillance Center and Smart Home controls. The hub can hold the family photo archive as well as camera recordings, so there is one home system to build around as your collection of devices and memories grows.

HA100's Super Early Bird price is $799, compared with a $959 regular Kickstarter price and a $1,599 MSRP, with one ID500 Pro included as a complimentary gift for deposit customers who complete their purchase. Cameras, the speaker and storage drives are separate purchases. Through October 26, 2026, a $50 reservation on the UGREEN AIoT Official Store unlocks a Secret Reward Link for the Super Early Bird offer.

When Kickstarter opens on November 17, use that link and the same email address to select a reward and complete your pledge. The $50 reserves the offer; the final purchase is completed through the campaign. Deposit refunds can be requested before the campaign ends.
